Refund Policy
Peak Period Bookings, School Holidays, Group Bookings and Special Events:
Where at least 28 days’ notice of full cancellation has been given, deposits or prepayments will be refunded less $30 administration fee.
Off Peak Period Bookings:
Deposits or prepayments will be refunded where at least 7 days’ notice of full cancellation has been given less a $30 administration fee.
